1920 commercial police luger unit markings
I have what I think is a 1920 commercial Luger with the sear safety and the Weimar eagle over the number 66 on the right side of the receiver. It has the crown over N proof marks with a DWM marked toggle and a blank chamber. On the front gripstrap is the unit marking L.H.36.
I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the L.H. 36 stood for and any history behind it. Any help would be appreciated |

It sounds like a 1929 Police Luger of the Landjägerei in Hannover. Suffix with the number is probably the u. A photo or better a few would be nice.
