It is a good one. We need more like him. I have some basic statements: (1) That is not my fault. (2) Why ? and sometimes (3) Show me the authority. I was in my doctor's office last Thursday and they had a new receptionist (young). She had to take 4 time outs before finally giving me to anoother one. Haughty attitudes don't go far with me. She hands me a form and tells me to fill it out. I ask Why. She said HIPPA requires it and I asked to see the provision which required it. Then she said that she needed my insurace cards and I said you have them from years ago and also the last ime when I was there in March. She said they had a new computer system and it did not transfer over. My answer was that it was no my fault. Apparently no one has ever disagreed with her as she was growing up and she could not take it when someone finally did.
