I had my first and best a female golden retreiver named a Calley. She was all I had after my left me for a former client. She developed cancerous lesions covering her body. I spent close to 5k in vet bill even taking her to Shands in Gainsville. It was the worse day of my life when I had to face the enevitable. I took her to her favorite place our beach. She ran loose like nothing bothered her. Walked down to the waters edge and for the last time but like she knew did not go in. When we got home, my good friend and vet was waiting. With tears I hugged good bye, Thank God He assured me it was quick and painless. He wrapped Her in Her favorite blanket. He carried Calley out. It truly was the worst moment ever. Later I picked up her ashes and scatterer them on the beach at waters' edge. I could never face that moment again! My Heart was truly broken..... Hugem for Me!
