Shooting collector pieces is still different from shooting "shooters". Shooting hi-grade original guns gives feeling about how DWM, or Mauser etc works. Shooting shooters actually tests how Waffenfabrik USA works.

Not meaning to rant, but I get a bit tired of hearing about how waffenfabrik operates. There are folks in all countries faking up and making guns; it just so happens that there are a lot more lugers here in the USA to mess with. The guns that I worry about are the "very" nice ones; guns 65-95 yrs old and have no patinia or age to them. Ed |

I don't understand. I would consider my VoPo's "shooters" but they were built and fitted by Germans. Does not compute. I'm not trying to be smart....but I really don't understand what you mean.
