Fiocchi is notorious for being underpowered in Luger calibers... Possibly not enough recoil to overcome the loading resistance. ID the mags that work well with your Commercial Luger and use them for shooting. Mark the others for display only, or sell them... Just my $0.02 Luger accuracy, even with a poor bore condition is inherent in the design. They are remarkably accurate for a production handgun.
