Nice pistol, The extractor on your 1900 does not articulate like the one on the 1906. I may be incorrect but the extractor is a spring itself and does not have to move as much as the 1906 extractor. As I recall they were prone to breakage that is why the extraction system was modified and improved. You are fortunate to own such a fine specimen. Craig
