Very interesting and somewhat disturbing. I've had contact with the company and they chose not to disclose some information mentioned in the South-African article.

I wrote to my contact there, let's see if they will come up with an answer.

It looks like the 'Special Projects Department' of Krieghoff is another phrase for 'Using a Subcontractor' (which we already suspected, really).
