To Alterfritz et all

Trying to make sure that I post only factual info. I had a conversation with a nice man at the California Dept of Justice.

I am pleased to report that I was wrong.
If a handgun is on the Federal Curio and Relic list and it is not over 50 years old,it is still OK to import it into CA. Assuming all other criteria has been met.
After reviewing the Federal Curio and Relic list,it says that Mauser Parabellums manufactured from 1970 to 1978 are
C & R guns.

Sorry for the confusion.Thats what I get for talking to a so called "expert" and not checking for myself.

Trying to keep up with CA gun laws is such a joy!

Bob
