No Idea if he did. But his original patent can still be found on the German patent site

Hmmm...Dr Gminder has only three patents...but Georg Luger has 39...

Default spring adj...

Hi Vlim... I had thought of this modification often... but, I always thought with a quality spring one might be better off with shims?? And, you would have to be very carefull on tension as the mainspring almost goes to "solid" as it is... Also, you'd only be changing the preload, and not the rate... I guess it would depend a lot on the spring you started with?? But it is on the same page as my thinking ... A little mod on every spring, and walla, magic!!! Best to all, til...lat'r....GT BTW, Also trigger stops.. I know Hugh has it down to a fine art... but as my brain churns away on sleepless nights.. I can only see real advantage in a trigger stop / overtravel stop screw / block?? I can see real issues with a take up limiting set screw, if not done exactly correct for the design of the gun, not necessarly the trigger pull advantage.....
