Help with a dbl date Navy requested.

I'always wanted a Navy, even mismatched if it be or well used so to say. Would someone look at Gunbroker auction # 145061045 and tell me if this is indeen a fairly complete Navy with a incorrect EUFURT toggle replacemant. Another question, seeing it is a Dbl. Date rework and the worn finish of the toggle seems to match the remainder of the Luger, could this toggle have been installed during the rework? and does all replaced parts during a rework get stamped/restamped to match the gun's S/N? I know this is in poor condition, but it's age and ware seem to speek to me.
