Welcome to the forum, Maurin. Does the serial number on the bottom of the barrel match the serial number on the front of the frame? Can you provide detailed photos of your pistol. It sounds loke a very interesting Luger. Photos will allow our experts to properly evaluate your gun.

Maurin, the top half of your pistol is from a 1937 Mauser military Luger. The 7.65 barrel is a replacement; the 1937 top should have a 9mm numbered barrel. The barrel has what appears to be a Swiss cross. The bottom half of your pistol has the non military grip safety and is either 1920's Swiss or early commericial manufacture. It is what is called a parts Luger. In any case its an attractive pistol and should be a great shooter. Parts Lugers are not uncommon and nothing to be ashamed of; I have two and greatly enjoy shooting them.

Maybe our experts can offer more information.

Best

Welcome to the Lugerforum. As ICE has explained, your Luger is made up from the parts of two different pistols. A German military Mauser, and a Swiss grip frame. It has no collector value unfortunately, but should be a great shooter. The magazine is Swiss in orgin.
