I have heard you can put it into a big plastic bag and some fabreez sheets; personally I think not.

2nnd, it seems to me that you could get one of those disposable arm and hammer boxes for the friedge, put it into a big garbage bag or better yet a plastic sealable container and it should suck a lot of the smell from it?

For the fire, they put my holsters in an "ozone" area; evidently you can rent these from companies, my sister said they did it to their fire smelly items they didn't want to part with?
