help with acceptance stamp

I had figured luftwaffe, but not when or where. I really don't know enough about this pistol, or what it is worth. It has ivory instead of the original grips, with NSFK insignia inlayed. The gun is very clean, no pitting at all. I am sure it has been reblued, but professionally. This is my first p08 after collecting PPKs and sniper rifles for a while. I just want to know what I have.
