All, thanks. If the S/N is "27XX n" what (approximate) year is it.
Upon examination it has a "earlier" firing pin with no grooves for lubrication and does not have the ~1916 modification to allow the safety to be engaged when uncocked. Thanks All (And Ed, I just bought your book on ebay from you ![]() Joe |
