looks like waa313 on the left of the top and on the right possibly "a" then b44. those are the only markings I have been able to see. on the left above the 313 marking is a eagle holding a globe? most of the paint is in tact but there is some rust on the box. the brush has some rust and there is some corrosion on some of the metal parts of the oiler. the chain has no rust and has a loop that looks similar to a paper clip on one end. I assume 44 is the manufacture year?
