Bill, the stiches on the closing strap for example of some Krieghoff or Luftwaffen accepted holsters for the P08 are done as on the other Army holsters: 2 lines of stiches on the closing strap.
The stiches on the Eger & Linde Seligenthal/Th or EGER & LINDE SCHMALKALDEN holsters are made like an U as on the photos.
I observed that Eger & Linde has done the stiches only in this kind (on the Army type holsters). I never mentioned one exception. Sometimes the holsters are dated, sometimes not.
So I think there were 2 makers of the Krieghoff holsters.
