Sending Personal Messages

Hi all,

I know that this isn't the place for this post but I know not where else to put it.

I have been trying to contact a seller on this site about a P08 S/42 1938 Luger on the for sale board. When I click the guy's email address, I get, to the effect, "You are not signed up for this board....".

I've spent an hour trying to hook up with this board.

What am I doing wrong" Please advise. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you. I'm not really a computer idiot, but I'm no wizard either....

Did you try posting directly to the thread and telling him you are interested???

Not everyone checks the box telling them they have Private Messages waiting...

hmm, my gut feeling is that you're not signed in. If you and your family are the only ones who use your computer, then ENSURE that it is checkmarked to REMEMBER ME, in this way, it keeps you logged in each time you come to the site. It is completly safe and secure, because the cookie is only kept on your computer.

However, since you posted, you must be logged in...
