Concealed carry question for Luger

Well, he without sin cast the first stone! I gotta tell you Steve, I have carried a Luger before! I hope your gun functions with HPs because I have fired a 124 FMJ through 8" of stacked 2"x4" (actually 5 layers of that were 1 & 1/2") and the bullet salled through it. Be aware FMJ PENETRATE and will go right through a large person making other people behind it in danger. Not a bad thing if you have to go through a car door, but certainly something to be VERY aware of! 115 gr Silvertips are my choice in a 9mm Luger loading. They got a bad rap in the FBI Miami shootings and have been redesigned, they open up very well. Good Luck! I think you have a very reliable Luger Steve from what you have described! ~Thor~
