S42 Navy luger: genuine or not?

If you buy this one & it's of interest to you....I have mag # N 2894 in my 1938 S/42 N 2807 KM Luger. Would probably be willing to trade up for a mag closer to the NordSee N 2807 markings on my pistol....

what about bluing:
does this pistol not strike you as re blued on some pics?? also, should the grips be numbered?
