maybe this is a mauser parabellum prototype target gun

looks like an MP frame ( has the right side rail lump and the thin ramp rails ) and with a long receiver ( old or new )

and using maybe a cannon asy from 1900 model

most interesting is the extended rear toggle with maybe an adjustable rear sight
similiar to that on the few MP target guns actually marketed by mauser
