Tom. I can personally vouch for 11net.com (www.11net.com). $77.00 a year 99.99% uptime reliable and fast. I've had my own web site there for more than two years. Great customer service, Very responsive. I wouldn't go anywhere else. PERL/CGI and the CGI-BIN is fully configureable CHMOD commands. I like them.
