Help Identifying a luger

nothing on the bottom of the wood on the magazine....a hairline crack I think....number on mag is the only one that dont match......

I am fishing for a price though....I dont want to get ripped off....I want to get a modern 45 , so I need to know what to sell for...Thanks for confirming earlier post Ed.....always best to get second and even third opinions...could mean hundreds of bucks gained or lost.......you are also the one who replied to my post on the luger gun board....thanks again...
