$895 would be the high end IMO. I saw your closeup pics of the gun on Gunboards. It looks rougher than the one pic that he provided for the auction. Some would consider this to be a shooter only. With time and patients I think you could find a similar one for around $700-$800. Offer less. He might except it to avoid the hassle of bad feedback and having to pay all of your shipping and fees.
