Default Walther Model 4

Hi

I have a walther model 4 that I purchase for next to nothing seems to be in ok shape after a cleaning that I am not sure I have completed yet. But I have found an issue with it.
It will not chamber a bullet. Gets stuck at the magazine and top of the barrel.

I am wondering if a new magazine will fix this issue or some changes to the current magazine. Here are some pictures any help yall can give would be great

I don't see drop one of lubrication on these parts... that may be a contributing factor.

Please assemble and do your testing with a dummy cartridge until you find the problem.

It had some lubricant on it last time I tried it. I have since wiped most everything off of it...

Thank you
