Hello I posted this in general discuscion also. Hope someone can help. I know this is not what it was orginaly born as. 1939 chamber date numbers match including magazine excepct extractor and sear. no numbers or markins on barrel. Nazi marked right side of frame, 22 cal. NOT a erma ,erma conversion kit not a stoger. The best way i can describe the magazine is a magazine in a magazine. It will shoot any kind of 22 ammo i put in it, chambers ejects flawlessly. It has oval with mauser inside ,(mauser banner?) I have been told it was orignaly a police modle? Who, what, where, when, why? You can view photos on gunbrokers forum under ask the experts. I bought this at a estate auction a few years ago. it had many ww2 items on the auction. Thanks for any help. tandmtigger

I uploaded some of your photos in the other posting. It would be best to keep all comments in one thread to cut down on confusion.
