If all the parts on your father's Luger end in "81" it would be considered a matching part pistol and the condition shown in your photos puts the value at a minimum of $1200 IMHO and in the opinion of others who are actively collecting (I am not) it may run north of $2000.

It is a very nice 1938 Mauser produced Luger pistol...
