If you go for bending..
I remember bending has not been recommended here in this forum, the lever may snap or you can mess it up seen from a safety aspect.. so the wise thing to do is probably bringing it to a gunsmith.

That said, I have a few times taken the chance of bending these. Placed them in a wrench and bended them *slightly*. Did it in a bend-test-bend-test way instead of overdoing it. Worked well to me.
Another approach, if you have several Lugers, is to swap these levers around and see if you get them all working. A work of patience for dark autumn nights
