can anyone help identify my luger??

i did notice that at some point he put a coat of varnish on the handle and slopped some onto the steel, but it flakes right off the steel and has not discolored or effected it in anyway.--- there is no empty box of ammo, and as you can see the spare clip and the clip in the gun are both fully loaded.
