I have one thats collector grade I got a couple of years ago and shoot it once in a while. If I did break a part I figure by the time I cash in 20 or 30 years from now it will still be worth way more than what I paid for it.
If you are in it for the money in the long run then I wouldn't shoot a collector grade. You can also buy some spare parts that would be most common to break, firing pin, extractor etc and change out the originals to shoot with.
