1936 Luger stamped symbols?

I have learned in 2 days here more about these firearms than I have in the past few years just browsing books and some other sites.

I will do a paint on that photo to give ya a better understanding of the #'s
Hope this pic will give ya more info - sorry I have an old digital cam (time to get a new one)
