Can you post pictures of the patent drawings showing the configuration of the air pistol? The only toggle-action "air" pistol that I know of is the Schimel produced in North Hollywood, CA, around 1950 or so. The action is pretty unique (you work the toggle manually to load it) and it was the first "air gun" to use a CO2 cartridge for power.
