S.G.I.4 translates to Schutzpolizei Gumbinnen 1st District weapon #4 S.Ka.I.377 is Schutzpolizei Kassel 1st District weapon #377 Municipal Police Gumbinnen and re-issued to Municipal Police Kassel.
