Well it's pretty hard to say "Y" when we know nothing else. It could be one of many reasons, how did you attempt to post the pictures?? Try this:

go to photobucket, upload the images and then copy the "dirfect link, or URL" then come here, make a new post and hit the "img" button. Then paste the link there and hit enter. I am no expert, but that works good for me.
