Ater 15 years, the barrel should not come back like this;




I'm using a ww2 K98 rifle converted into 30.06 for hunting deer and moose, my plan was to replace the original barrel with a new one. There are so many of these rifles here in norway, that they cost only 1000NOK (=181USD) each. I guess the gunsmith didn't see the value in an old k98 barrel
