[OT] U.S. Appeals Court Affirms Second Amendment Gun Rights!!!!!

I understand and agree with the above, but what about Dr. Emerson? If he doesn't follow up with an appeal to the US Supreme Court, and assumeing they hear it, (a big "if"), and assumeing it goes his (our) way, he's still screwed.
