That I don't know. If I had to guess, I would guess no, but it would only be a guess. But that stamping looks a little too sharp-edged and fresh compared to the one right next to it.
The true giveaway is that he starts out with the old "somebody told me" gag. This is popular on ebay with those who want to cheat people but don't want to get caught at it.
It's the "new honesty". If you don't get arrested, you must have been honest.
