Default Bluing!

Hi Policeluger! Nope! I'm very, very happy with my small parts blue guy, and you know who that is! I'm just fishing for info cuz I'm trying to get some rivets made and I can't talk to them (manufacture) on the same level about what I desire for finish! I believe the original "fxo" rivets are not preped, left bright and blued, but I'm so damn blind, that I can't tell if they are originally blue or black??? Whatever they did, the rivets hold up well under setting, as they alway look undisturbed as far as the finish goes.... As for Bluing, I already got a good blue guy... again, you know who he is! Same guy that taught us all about strawing too! Best to you, til...lat'r....GT
