Hi all,
i'm evaluating to purchase a 1939 mauser banner police luger. I received some pics from the seller and i noted that: the Schiwy safety has been removed there is not the serial number on the barrel the #3 of the serial number on the front grip and on the magazine is different from all the #3 of the other serian number the blueing looks fine I'm not an expert so i need the help !!!! thanks a lot in advance for any suggesion/comment Ciao Alberto |

The mag numbering appears to be that of a DDR rework. Perhaps the mag body is marked 2/1001? I would also bet that it is importer marked somewhere. TH

PS: If this were the original magazine it would have the same size and font digits as those on the frame AND the suffix letter. TH

It has the typical Russian "X" on top of the C/U.
