Luger 41/42

the 41 on the barrel is what caught my attention. The barrel actually had 41 on the barrel as well as the other markings s/n etc, however the receiver had 42 on it with Byf s/n and WAa. The numbers 41 and 42 were of the same size, number type. It didn't look like the 41 was added later. I hope this makes sense---I am not familiar with what the black grips if original would look like--however after research on the forum --I am alot more educated..I am pretty sure the Luger has been refinished---the bluing almost black like the grips..
