Default replacing the hold back Catch

What is the sequence of steps to replace the Holdbback catch.

I need to replace the spring

Where is the best place to get one?

Pick up the end of the catch that moves up and down, enough to clear the frame and slide it out towards the back of the frame. To replace, slide it in foward. Very simple.
(Lugerdoc) Tom Heller has them. I just spoke to him about them recently. He's on this forum quite a bit.
