This is a litttle puzzling to me. It seems to me that, in the past on this forum, that the snail drum holder was shown in WW2 pictures to be more like a bag. Somewhat like a womans purse with shoulder straps. This holder looks to be more Americanish in appearance with those buttons. Were there different legit holders styles for the snail drum? Just visually looking at this holder, I can't imagine how an extremely odd shaped snail drum could fit into it. It seems like it would be more suited for a ping pong paddle.
