Depending on what kind of weapons you have, PA is probably the best answer. NY is a bit better than NJ, but they still have their AWB as well, and the whole pre-ban thing. Also, it looks like it might be getting worse as well. When you do make it up here, there are a good bunch of guys in NY & NJ who get together for shoots and stuff.
