Hi Mark,
* The "484." looks Weimar period correct; but, I don't know what a Nazi Proof Eagle would be doing on a loading tool unless this one goes bang!!

* The sE/63 would likely be for a 1937-1938 Mauser P.08. If sE/83; then, 1938.

* I'll leave the last one up to Don Maus, Ron Smith, or others more familiar with unit marking.
