Ed,

What is the gun it is from? What markings?

The grip eagles look like a variation of one of the eagles associated with TP marks in Costanzo (there is one most like it, without TP, on p.88, #59). I do not credit the Simson connection with any of these eagles, and would hazard a WAG that in this case it portends replacement grips manufactured by Simson (inspected by e/6), and installed and proofed by the Berlin Technische Polizeischul armory. I'd also guess that the H is mostly likely a worker's mark, along with the Ns and the other odd figures.
