Default Replacement grips for a 1938

I just saw a very good condition , all matching number 1938 luger for sale, but its missing the original grips. Someone has put on very bad plastic grips that are white and resemble carved/chipped wood with dark patches. Is there a good source for replacement wood grips? Im guessing wood grips would be the correct grips for this gun? if I get the gun, Ill post pics of the bad grips if you like.
