Great photos Pete! You went above and beyond the call. I do appreciate it very much. It looks great just as it is. I would not clean it although it is tempting to do so.

Gerben, thanks for the photo. The one that I have is similar to yours and is all steel. I have no ideas either who made this. I am sure that it is a reproduction.

David, I have an aluminum cleaning rod similar to the top one pictured that was in a cleaning kit that I got from my father. Would you be able to do a favor for me? I would like to see a few detailed pictures of the one at the bottom. This is the first time that I have seen one like it. I wonder how common or rare those are. Anyone out there have any idea? Does anyone have anything similar? Can you post photos if you do?
