S 42 Question

Thanks Jim,
So I should try to find a toggle train that matches the gun and sell or trade this one. If both trains (toggle assembles) are the in the same condition, is one more valuable than the other? I would like to trade striaght across for the proper one.
Also, that star looks more like an Asteric.........does anyone know anything that could explain this marking?
