Default Police ? Real ?

Is this one a Police ??? Is it real or a repro ?

Is black hardware appropriate ?

I would want much closer pictures. The black metal, I have seen on the inside.

His feedback leaves much to be desired... 5 members gave him negative(counting the 4 from one guy, but 4 other folks)....

Pete, Yes it is Police..The guy assumes it's Luftwaffe because it's brown I guess. It's my guess that someone took some paint and painted these metal parts. I am like Ed..Better photo's are in order but from what I can see it looks to be an original holster. Jerry Burney

Wally Morishige has one identical to the 1942 pictured above on his tabel at the PHX show today ($325) and I will be very interested in the response to your post.

Hello, On the brown holster I think its correct, I have seen and own one almost identical, the black one bugs me, I think its been played with, note the right belt loop and stitching, short closeure strap and I think its being offered from Eastern Europe, the black coating on metal parts on the brown holster is a mystery to me without close exam. I hope this has been a help.

Pete, It looks original but I don't like the stitching on both belt loops or the closure strap. The strap has been replaced...Jerry Burney

I agree with Jerry also one belt loop is diffrent, replaced?
