Balder, I don't think it's norwegian..
but a Imperial military inspector's mark.I have several firing pins, sideplates etc. with the same mark. First I thought the same as you, but now I lean more over to a ww1 Erfurt spare part. The logo of Kongsberg vÃ?Â¥penfabrikk is quite simular, but not identical.
