new member and new to Lugers

well i always wanted one and the closest i came was a late war P38,finally i decided to take the plunge

its a 1939 code 42,all matched except the mag,but the mag appears to be period as it has the correct eagle 63 proof on it

bore is on the dark side (not a black hole) but has no pitting and strong crisp rifling

has a small patch of light pitting here and ther but it appears to be a nice honost unmolested example,and im most happy with my purchase,and it most certainly wont be my last
